She believes in the resilience of individuals and is dedicated to helping them discover their internal strength for healing. Her approach to therapy includes attachment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (CBT/MBCT), and family systems theories. Cortni is also trained in using EMDR as an evidence-based treatment for trauma. She uses art, creativity, and movement as tools for self-exploration, regulation, and expression.
